Returns Policy:
Returning an Item:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the purchased item in its original condition within 30 days of delivery (please provide the shipment number). Once we receive the item, the purchase price will be refunded. All returns must be registered through our customer service.
Received a Defective Item:
If you have received a defective item, please contact our support team immediately and provide the following information:
• Your order number
• Which item is damaged
• Description of the issue
• Photographic evidence
If your package was damaged upon delivery, please take a photo and send it directly to our customer service team. All claims for damaged shipments must be made within 7 days of delivery. Without proof of damage, we cannot issue a refund, credit, or replacement.
Received the Wrong Item:
If you have received the wrong item, please contact our support team and provide the following details:
• Your order number
• The name of the item you did not receive
• The name of the item you received
• A photo of the item you received
Exchanges:
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item, we recommend returning the product to us and placing a new order for the correct item.
Defective Products:
If the product is defective, damaged during transport, or otherwise faulty, the return shipping costs will not be charged.
Returning an Item for Personal Reasons:
If a customer has purchased the wrong product, the item does not fit, or they no longer want it, they must cover the actual return shipping costs and provide proof of return.
